Return Policy


Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). For the return address, please email along with your order number and the name of item(s) you would like to return. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping unless item has a defect or is damaged in some way. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworned and unused, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days, minus the shipping cost.

Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact + unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused + no refund will be issued.

-All swimsuit items and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

-All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes discounts, sales, and any promotions being offered.

- No refunds on pre-order items unless the item has a defect or is damaged in some way. Store credit only. 

Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not do exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
